Dr Santi Dharmaputra is a learning and leadership practitioner with a background spanning education, research, executive search, and leadership development across Indonesia, Australia, and the Netherlands.
With a PhD in Sociology and Language from the University of Sydney, she brings intellectual curiosity and research into practical conversations about how people learn, grow, and lead.
Through Dr Santi's Story, she works with parents, educators, and leaders who want to use reading, stories, and reflective dialogue to build curiosity, character, and lifelong learning.
